Our labour and travelling rate is only £28 + vat subject to a minimum charge of 1 hour.
Our vans carry good stocks of the popular parts and there is a backup stock at our works. Often we are able to carry out a temporary repair if parts are not to hand.
Should you have a maintenance contract with us we guarantee to give you priority and in some instances lend you a replacement machine (i.e Ice Machine)
Our maintenance program can give you the following options to suit your budget and requirements..
All labour and parts.
All labour and refrigerant gas.
Labour only.
The three options above would be subject to an initial survey of your equipment.
Your equipment does not have to of been purchased from us initially.
If you already have a maintenance contract, check carefully exactly what you are getting for your money..some companies only clean your air conditioning filters!
An air con maintenance should consist of a documented list of checks, cleaning of heat exchangers and full testing, filters are generally the resposibility of the end user and should be cleaned monthly.
